Who are we?
NATAN Economic Consulting has been established in 2014 by Aleksandr Natanelov. Our mission is to make specific consulting services related to transfer pricing, valuation and direct taxation accessible not only for multinationals but also for SMEs.
We have noted the existing need for the transfer pricing support within the internationally active SMEs and are happy to make our experience and the know-how also available for them.
What makes us different?
Contrary to other firms, we are not aiming at delivering extensive compliance reports (often with low added value). We strive to provide real solutions that are pragmatic, easy to implement, compliant with the legal provisions and affordable for everyone.

What we do?
We support the companies in all aspects of their transfer pricing needs and perform transfer pricing risk assessments, develop transfer pricing strategy and planning, prepare the required OECD compliant documentation, provide the necessary support during the transfer pricing audits and conclusion of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).
Our goal is to find for every client the best transfer pricing solution for his needs in line with the available resources.
We assist you in performing valuations of specific assets or enterprises, including intangible assets (e.g. brand names, IT-platforms and concepts, patents, etc.) for tax or any other purposes.
The valuations are performed in the context of business restructurings, transfers of assets, corporate restructurings, discussion about exit-taxation, etc.
We believe that a transfer pricing specialist with a tax background offers extra added value to his clients. Therefore, we have always combined our transfer pricing and valuation services with direct taxation services.
This enabled us to build up elaborated experience and know-how in Belgian direct taxation and international tax law.
